For bottomless cassettes, you can receive them by changing the intermediate switching position. ■ Gentle on wafers! Wafers are lifted and transferred, so even thin wafers won't get scratched. Additionally, you can adjust the height of the wafers by loosening two screws. * Mixing of thin and thick wafers is not allowed. ■ Possible to transfer wafers upside down!
